2L Professional Jewellery Steam Cleaner – 1300W, 4 Bar
A compact, foot-pedal-operated steam cleaner for jewellery workshops, repair benches and retail environments.
Product Overview
The Tooltos 2L Professional Jewellery Steam Cleaner produces a concentrated steam jet for removing oils, fingerprints, loose dirt, polishing compound and surface residue from compatible jewellery and metal components.
Its 1300W heating system generates steam at a rated pressure of up to 4 bar. The foot pedal provides hands-free steam control, allowing the operator to hold and rotate the item during cleaning.
The 2-litre stainless steel tank supports regular workshop use, while the compact upright design requires limited bench space
Important Use Information
Use distilled or demineralised water only.
Do not add detergents, solvents or cleaning chemicals to the tank.
Inspect stone settings, solder joints and the condition of the item before cleaning.
Do not use on heat-sensitive, porous, treated, fracture-filled or glued gemstones.
Steam cleaning removes surface contamination but does not chemically remove silver tarnish or metal oxidation.
Never open the filling cap while the machine is hot or pressurised.

How to Use
Place the machine on a stable, level and heat-resistant work surface.
Confirm that the machine is switched off, unplugged, cool and completely depressurised.
Open the filling cap and add distilled or demineralised water. Do not exceed the indicated maximum filling level.
Close and secure the filling cap correctly.
Connect the machine to a suitable earthed electrical supply.
Switch on the machine and allow approximately 3–5 minutes for operating pressure to build.
Inspect the jewellery and confirm that the stones, settings and materials are suitable for steam cleaning.
Hold the item securely with suitable jewellery-holding tweezers or tongs.
Direct the nozzle towards the area being cleaned and use short, controlled bursts with the foot pedal.
Keep hands, skin and other people away from the steam jet.
After cleaning, place the item on a suitable tray and allow it to cool before handling or drying.
After use, switch off and unplug the machine. Allow it to cool and depressurise completely before opening the filling cap or performing maintenance.
Maintenance
Use distilled or demineralised water to reduce mineral deposits.
Never operate the machine without sufficient water.
Inspect the filling cap, seals, hose and nozzle regularly.
Keep the nozzle free from polishing compound and debris.
Clean or descale the tank only according to the supplied instructions.
Do not clean the nozzle or open the tank while the machine is hot.
Drain or store the machine according to the operating manual.
Replace damaged seals or pressure components before further use.
Electrical Compatibility
The machine is available in 110V and 220V versions.
For most European and UK workshops, the 220V version will normally be the relevant option. Customers must still verify compatibility with their local mains voltage, plug type, socket, earthing and circuit capacity before use.
A plug adapter changes only the physical plug connection and does not convert voltage.

Safety Information
High-pressure steam can cause severe burns.
Use the machine only in a suitable workshop or professional cleaning area.
Place it on a stable, dry, level and heat-resistant surface.
Connect it to a correctly earthed electrical outlet.
Wear suitable eye protection and heat-resistant gloves.
Use jewellery-holding tweezers or tongs rather than holding small items directly by hand.
Never point the nozzle towards yourself or another person.
Never direct steam towards electrical sockets, switches or equipment.
Never move the machine while it is hot or pressurised.
Never open the filling cap while pressure remains inside the tank.
Do not overfill the water tank.
Do not leave the machine unattended while heating or pressurised.
Stop using the machine if the cap, seal, hose, nozzle, switch or power cable is damaged.
Disconnect the power and allow the machine to cool completely before cleaning or maintenance.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use tap water?
Distilled or demineralised water is recommended. Tap water may cause mineral deposits inside the tank, hose and steam nozzle.
Does the machine require cleaning chemicals?
No. Use water only. Do not add detergent, ammonia, solvents, acids or other chemicals to the pressure tank.
Does steam remove silver tarnish?
Steam can remove oils, dirt and polishing residue, but it does not chemically reverse silver tarnish or oxidation. Tarnished metal may require polishing or another suitable treatment.
Is it safe for diamonds?
It may be used on securely set, untreated diamonds when the jewellery and settings are in good condition. Do not steam-clean fracture-filled diamonds or stones with uncertain treatments.
Is it safe for rubies and sapphires?
Many untreated rubies and sapphires tolerate steam cleaning, but filled, coated, heavily fractured or otherwise treated stones may not. Inspect the piece and confirm the treatment status before cleaning.
Can it clean emeralds?
Steam cleaning is not recommended for most emeralds because many contain oil, resin or other fracture-filling treatments that may be affected by heat and steam.
Can it clean pearls or opals?
No. Pearls, opals and other heat-sensitive or porous materials should be cleaned using an appropriate gentler method.
Can it clean watches?
Do not direct steam at an assembled watch, crown, case openings or movement. A detached metal bracelet may be cleaned after confirming that it contains no heat-sensitive coatings, adhesives or components.
How long does it take to heat up?
The stated heat-up time is approximately 3–5 minutes under normal operating conditions.
Which voltage should European customers select?
The 220V option will normally be suitable for most European and UK locations, but the customer must confirm compatibility with the local electrical supply before ordering.
