Digital Jewelry Wax Injector | 350W, Manual Pump, No Compressor
A compact 350W bench-top wax injector for jewelry studios and jewelers who need precise digital temperature control and consistent wax pattern production — no external compressor required, just plug in, pump up, and inject.
About This Wax Injector
This 350W digital jewelry wax injection machine is designed for producing wax patterns used in lost-wax casting. The digital temperature controller lets you set and monitor wax temperature precisely, while the 350W heating system melts compatible injection wax and holds it at a stable working temperature.
The included manual air pump builds pressure inside the wax tank — no external compressor is required. During operation, the mold gate is pressed against the front injection nozzle and internal pressure moves molten wax into the mold. The compact upright design fits most jewelry benches and is suited for rings, pendants, earrings, charms, and other small wax patterns.
Voltage Selection Guide
This machine is available in two voltage versions. Select the version that matches your local electrical supply before ordering.
| Version | Suitable For |
|---|---|
| 110V | US, Canada, and other 110–120V locations |
| 220V | Europe, UK, Australia, and other 220–240V locations |
Best For / Not For
| Best For | Not For |
|---|---|
| Jewelry studios producing wax patterns for lost-wax casting | Metal melting or metal casting (gold, silver, copper) — use a dedicated metal melting furnace instead |
| Wax-pattern benches and training environments without a compressed air supply | Vacuum-assisted wax injection — this model uses positive pressure only, not vacuum |
| Small-batch production of rings, pendants, earrings, charms, and bracelet components | Wax burnout or dewaxing from investment molds — use a dedicated burnout furnace for those steps |
| Jewelers and students who need a compact bench-top wax injector with digital temperature control | High-volume continuous industrial production requiring automated or pneumatic injection systems |

Pro Tips
- Start at the wax manufacturer's recommended temperature and make small adjustments after each test injection — large temperature jumps make troubleshooting harder.
- Build pressure gradually with the manual pump and pause to read the gauge before each injection; consistent pressure produces more uniform wax patterns.
- Keep the mold halves firmly clamped and the gate squarely aligned with the nozzle — even slight misalignment causes flash or incomplete fill.
- Allow the wax to melt fully and stabilize before the first injection of the day; rushing this step is the most common cause of bubbles and short fills.
- Release all internal pressure and let the machine cool completely before opening the tank — never loosen the lid while the system is hot or pressurized.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does this machine require an external air compressor?
No. The included manual air pump provides all the pressure needed inside the wax tank. No external compressor or air line is required.
What does the manual air pump do — does it inject wax directly?
No. The pump only builds pressure inside the tank. Wax is injected through the metal nozzle on the front of the machine when the mold is pressed against it.
Can this machine melt gold, silver, or other metals?
No. This is a wax injection machine only. It is not a metal melting furnace or casting machine. Use a dedicated metal melting furnace for those applications.
Why is my wax pattern incomplete or full of bubbles?
Incomplete fill is usually caused by low temperature, insufficient pressure, a blocked mold gate, or wax that has not fully melted. Bubbles are often caused by moisture in the wax or mold — keep both dry before use.
Which voltage version should I order?
Select 110V for the US, Canada, and other 110–120V locations. Select 220V for Europe, the UK, Australia, and other 220–240V locations. A plug adapter does not convert voltage — always match the machine voltage to your local supply.
