This integrated jewellery casting machine combines metal melting, investment degassing and vacuum-assisted casting in one compact workstation.

Its built-in 2L vacuum pump removes the need for an external pump, making it a practical choice for small-studio lost-wax workflows. The 1500W melting system reaches up to 1100°C for compatible jewellery metals and alloys. A separate burnout furnace is required and is not included.

Voltage Selection Guide

This machine is offered in two separate voltage versions: 110V and 220V. Select the version that matches the electrical supply at your installation location. Confirm the voltage shown on the machine's rating label before connecting power. Automatic dual-voltage operation is not stated.

Best For / Not For

Best For Not For
Small jewellery studios doing lost-wax casting Continuous mass production
Casting rings, pendants, charms and small batches Platinum casting
Investment degassing and vacuum-assisted casting Stainless-steel or titanium melting
Compatible gold, silver, copper, brass, bronze and aluminium alloys below 1100°C Flasks larger than 4 x 7 in
Workshops wanting an integrated vacuum pump without a separate unit Wax burnout (requires a separate furnace)

Pro Tips

  • Add vacuum oil before first use. Check the oil level as part of routine setup. Never operate the pump without oil.
  • Confirm voltage before ordering. Choose either the 110V or 220V version to match your local electrical supply. Do not assume dual-voltage capability.
  • Follow investment and alloy manufacturer instructions. Match flask preparation, burnout schedule and casting temperature to the specific materials you are using.
  • Keep sealing surfaces clean. Wipe the hood edge, vacuum table and casting chamber rim after each session to maintain a reliable vacuum seal.
  • Use appropriate PPE. Wear eye, face, hand and body protection and handle hot crucibles and flasks only with purpose-made tools.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the machine require an external vacuum pump?

No. A 2L vacuum pump is built into the machine, so no external pump is needed.

Is vacuum oil included?

No. Suitable vacuum oil must be purchased separately and added before first use. Do not operate the pump without oil.

Does it replace a burnout furnace?

No. A separate burnout furnace is required to remove wax and prepare the flask before casting. This machine does not perform burnout.

Which metals can it melt?

It is intended for compatible gold, silver, copper, brass, bronze, aluminium and jewellery alloys with melting points below 1100°C. It is not suitable for platinum, stainless steel or titanium.

Can I connect it to either 110V or 220V?

The product is offered in separate 110V and 220V versions. Select the version that matches your installation site's electrical supply. Automatic dual-voltage operation is not stated.
