Return & Exchange Policy
30 Day Free Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return and full refund within 30 days of receiving your item.
Please note that for return requests please contact us to let us know the details and you will also need to provide a record of your order. 1. Non-Defective ProductsTo qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 2. Defective products are returnable, refundable or replaceable, and a description of the defective product is required so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return mailing label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Order Damage Problems
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and gift card. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchange Policy
Please contact us by email first. Unshipped orders can directly request an exchange. For shipped orders, you will need to request a return of the item first, and once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item you need.
Order Cancellation
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, we will issue a full refund. If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us to submit a help ticket. If the order has already been shipped, we will not accept order cancellation requests and will not refund until the order has arrived and is returned.
